If you are living, you have problems. If you don’t have one yet, wait a little. Sooner or later, you will have one. It is the way of life. Nobody can escape from it. Often you will have multiple of these so-called problems at once. There are real problems and some fake ones pretending to be real ones. Real problems are easy. In most cases, you know what to do. You are equipped with basic reflexes. But the fake ones confuse you. It prevents you from taking any clear action. They suck the energy out of you. Most of the time, they don’t need to be solved. If you let them be, they dissolve eventually. Because they are not real problems. They are mental abstractions.
Learning to pick a problem is a skill. All you need to do is take a pause and ponder over each problem that you have at any given time. Ask yourself — Does this problem have any direct detrimental effect on my day-to-day life? If not, it is not worth your mental energy. If it is not going to matter few years down the line, it probabaly doesn’t matter now.

If you meet with an accident and you are injured— real problem!

We always have a choice. Use your energy wisely. If you spend time picking the right underwear at the shop, spend at least half the time picking the right problem.
Not all of them need your attention.
